Injection Moulding

Mareco Kunststoffen B.V. has injection moulding machines from 250 KN up to 3200 KN. We are producing technical plastic parts and we are working with a lot of advanced polymers, like PEEK, IXEF, PPSU, GRIVOY, COOL POLYMER a.s.o.

We are looking for a high motivated injection moulding operator who whould like to work with this materials and who wishes to learn more about plastics and the injection moulding process. He or she wants to learn how to set-up the machines and the moulding process.

Toolshop

Our moldshop Mareco Gereedschapmakerij B.V. designs and fabricates the best tooling for all injection moulding operations of Mareco Kunststoffen. We are working with spark- and wire erosion machines, CNC- high accurate milling machines and more.

We are looking for a young and high motivated mouldmaker who would like to make high accurate moulds and other tools related to the injection moulding technique. He wants to learn how to work with CNC milling-, Sinker- and Wire EDM machines, Grinding- and Turning machines and how to grow to an allround mouldmaker.
